For a manufacturer of consumer products, we developed and implemented their first integrated financial reporting system. The company had changed from a family-owned firm with minimal reporting needs to a highly leveraged privately-held firm with daily reporting requirements from all phases of its business. Our client was a rapidly growing start-up in the telecommunications industry. We led the implementation of a Great Plains eEnterprise accounting system in a conversion from a badly-overburdened QuickBooks system. Our client was a small publicly held manufacturer of medical devices. We led the accounting side of the conversion to an up-to-date ERP system, coordinating efforts with the IT department, manufacturing and the service organization.   We developed and managed financial and operational systems for a resort construction firm in New England, including all aspects of bidding, financial planning, and relationships with subcontractors. We developed and implemented financial systems for an Executive Suite business with 60,000 sq. ft. under management.

We have provided accounting and bookkeeping services on an ongoing basis for many firms in different industries, including sotware, construction, real estate, manufacturers' reps, professional practices, marketing firms, and many non-profits.   Our client was a large commercial real estate construction and management firm. We developed its first integrated budgeting and financial reporting system, for more than 25 operating entities and 2 million sq. ft. We have a long and valued relationship with organizations in the not-for-profit arena. In addition to our usual scope of work, we have assisted non-profits with grant writing, budgeting and development of reporting in a fund-accounting environment.
